Mahavir Chopra, Founder, Beshak.org

Mahavir Chopra is the founder of Beshak.org, India’s only independent insurance platform. With over 20 years of industry experience, Mahavir has held prominent leadership roles, including Chief Business Officer at Coverfox and Practice Leader for eBusiness at Marsh. His deep expertise in health and life insurance has made him a recognized voice in the media, where he is frequently quoted for his insights. Passionate about consumer-first solutions, Mahavir has been instrumental in bringing transparency and improved trust to the insurance sector, shaping how insurance is perceived and accessed in India. 

Mr. Vaibhav Shah has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of Mutual Funds, Financial Services and Stock Markets. He has been associated with Mirae Asset Mutual Fund for more than 13 years (since August, 2011). He is currently Heading the Products, Business Strategy & International Business divisions. In the past he has also headed Marketing, PR and Business Development functions for Mirae Asset MF.

Prior to joining Mirae Asset MF, he had been associated with various leading National & International Banks (ICICI Bank and DBS Bank) where he was responsible for Product strategies for Mutual Funds & Alternate Investment Products. He was associated with industries from stock broking firm in his first assignments.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and MBA Finance by qualification.
