Rinika Grover, Global Head Sustainability, HSE and CSR, Apollo Tyres Ltd.

Rinika has over 25 years of experience in India and UK, in Sustainable Development domain. She heads the Global Sustainability, OHS and CSR functions at Apollo Tyres Ltd (an Indian multinational tyre manufacturing company), where her prime focus is on developing a Climate Change Strategy, and charting a decarbonisation roadmap for the organisation. With a career spanning over two decades, her role is facilitating integration of ESG into core strategic business decisions across geographies. Further, she also heads CSR for India and Europe, for Apollo Tyres Ltd.

She has diverse experience from different sectors and has completed programmes in Climate Change Policy and Public Health from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Business Sustainability Management from The Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and EU Green Deal from Florence School of Regulation. She was recognised and awarded by CSR Works, Singapore as Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen 2020.
