Process to register and submit the form:

1. Fill the registration form.
2. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email (the Email ID submitted by you in the registration form).
3. Check your inbox/spam/junk folder for an email with the subject – "User Registration for Mint W3 Conclave 2022". Click the button ("Click to submit your application") in the email body.
4. To proceed, click on the link "click here" in the message displayed on the page.
5. Login with the credentials provided by you during registration i.e. Email & Password.
6. In case you are not unable to login, click the "Forget Password" link that is located just below the 'Login' button. You will receive an email requesting you to reset your password.
