Richa Chadha is an actress who is par excellence, each time the powerhouse of talent comes on screen, she manages to impress her audiences and critics alike. Having etched some of the most memorable on screen characters we have seen on screen in the past decade, Richa Chadha paved her way to success on her own terms. Best known for her roles such as Bholi Punjaban in Fukrey and Fukrey Returns, Nagma Khatoon in Gangs of Wasseypur 1 and 2, Devi is Masaan, Zarina Malik from Inside Edge, Madhuri from Love Sonia, Hiral from Section 375 and Meenu from Panga and most recently as Lajjo in Heeramandi.

Having not only won the praises of millions, Richa has managed to be conferred and honoured with some of the biggest awards and honours. She is currently working on a slate of exciting projects including the Zee Studios’ next inspired by the real life stories, Akhri Somvaar which marks her writing debut and another feature film.

Richa also is an entrepreneur and owner of a fashion label called Ehaab. She also successfully became a producer with the launch of her production house, with Ali Fazal, Pushing Buttons Studio. Their maiden project, Girls Will Be Girls directed by Shuchi Talati made its world premiere at Sundance last year winning two major awards and has since made waves across international film festivals. Its India release was met with immense praises being called one of the best films of 2024 and also won the prestigious John Cassavetes Award at the Film Independent Spirit Awards in February 2025.

Kailash Kulkarni

Mr. Kailash Kulkarni is the CEO of HSBC Mutual Fund. He leads the functioning of key business verticals like sales, investment, product, operations, and marketing.

In his previous role with L&T Investment Management, Mr. Kailash Kulkarni was responsible for driving the overall business growth of the asset management company. He also led the marketing initiatives for L&T Financial Services.

Mr. Kailash Kulkarni has 32 years of work experience of which 27 years has been in various functions of businesses across BFSI. He started his career with Eicher Motors where he was responsible for distribution, sales, and marketing functions.

He was a member of the SEBI Mutual Fund Advisory Committee and was on the board of Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI). He had also headed the Financial Literacy Committee for AMFI, in the past.

Mr. Kulkarni is a management graduate from the Institute of Management Development and Research. He loves to travel around the world and is passionate about adventure sports.

Kalpen Parekh

He has over two decades of experience in finance and asset management. Prior to joining DSP, Mr. Parekh was responsible for growing businesses at IDFC Mutual Fund, Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd., and ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd.

He is passionate about behavioural finance and believes that investor behaviour is one of the most crucial aspects to a good investment experience. Mr. Parekh has undertaken various initiatives in the organisations that he has worked with to highlight the importance and learnings of behavioural finance across the value chain.

Mr. Parekh holds a master’s degree in management studies in finance from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune.

Vaibhav Shah

Mr. Vaibhav Shah has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of Mutual Funds, Financial Services and Stock Markets. He has been associated with Mirae Asset Mutual Fund for more than 13 years (since August, 2011). He is currently Heading the Products, Business Strategy & International Business divisions. In the past he has also headed Marketing, PR and Business Development functions for Mirae Asset MF.

Prior to joining Mirae Asset MF, he had been associated with various leading National & International Banks (ICICI Bank and DBS Bank) where he was responsible for Product strategies for Mutual Funds & Alternate Investment Products. He was associated with industries from stock broking firm in his first assignments.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and MBA Finance by qualification.
