Shri Anuj Kanwal is an Indian Engineering Services officer of 1991 batch. He has an overall professional experience of more than 33 years  in all domains of Civil Engineering, and  Water Engineering Projects. He has particular interest in the subject of Energy and Water Use Efficiency. He authored the world’s first guidebook in year 2010 on the concept of Water Use Efficiency in Irrigation Projects. 

He has acquired technical and managerial professional Qualifications which include : M.B.A., LL.B., and Master of Engineering in Civil & Environmental Engineering.    
    
Currently he is working as Commissioner: CAD, WM (Command Area Development and Water Management). He has been a Member Secy. for the task force on creating the Bureau of Water Use Efficiency in the Department of Water Resources, Ministry of Jal Shakti. He is entrusted with the gigantic task of systematic modernising the commands for Smart Irrigation in India, and to increase the Water Use Efficiency in India.

Anup Jain, Managing Partner, Orios Venture Partners

Anup Jain, Managing Partner at Orios Venture Partners, focuses on investments at the firm in sectors such as Fintech, B2B marketplaces, D2C Brands & Social Commerce, Edtech, and Healthtech. He is a member of the IC and actively involves himself with portfolio companies on business growth, brand management, and building teams.

He joined Orios in late 2017 after an operating experience of 20 years in managing consumer businesses and building brands across India/ Asia/ Australia. His prior work-ex includes leadership roles at P&G, Whirlpool, Yum Brands, and Bata as also a startup stint with indya.com. He has previously featured in key events of YourStory, NASSCOM, CII, and BusinessWorld, among others. He graduated with a BE from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from FMS Delhi. Hes also been an angel investor in areas of Agri-tech, B2B tech, and Digital Media.

Anup is actively involved in portfolio companies on matters of business growth, brand management, and building teams. Some of his notable portfolio companies include Pharmeasy, Country Delight, GoMechanic, Beato, Zupee, Gully Network, and Miss Malini, among others.

Anup Rau currently serves as the MD & CEO at Future Generali India Insurance. Anup is an industry veteran with an illustrious career spanning over 26 years. Of this, he has over two decades of rich experience in the insurance industry and has held unique positions to lead companies in both Life and P&C Insurance sectors. An impactful CEO, he is the recipient of multiple accolades and awards. Anup believes in the ‘human touch’, which explains the reason behind his passion and single-minded goal to make insurance a product accessible to one and all.

Anup Sahay, Head- Corporate Strategy & Special Initiatives, Larsen & Toubro

Mr. Anup Sahay is Head - Corporate Strategy and Special Initiatives for Larsen & Toubro. In addition, he has oversight of Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Corporate IT and Corporate Brand Management & Communication. Mr. Sahay also guided the development of L&T SuFin, a new business in the B2B supply chain space for industrial and construction products.

Mr. Anup Sahay joined L&T in August 2018. Prior to this, he worked with Tata Steel for 32 years in various roles, acquiring rich experience in corporate strategy, marketing, business excellence, and sustainability. He also headed the Integration Office subsequent to the acquisition of Corus by Tata Steel.

Mr. Anup Sahay has done his graduation in Economics Honors, Delhi University in 1982 followed by Post Graduation in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad in 1984. He has also done Executive Development program in Business Management from CEDEP, Fountainebleau, France, 2004-06.

Anurag Mathur, CEO, Savills India

Anurag is the Chief Executive Officer of Savills India, a 170-year old, UK based real estate consulting firm. He oversees the company's growth and operations, which are spread across eight cities in India.

Anurag's career began with a leading architectural firm in New Delhi, where he worked as a senior architect, managing various significant projects including hotels, industrial units and commercial spaces.

Before joining Savills, Anurag served as an International Director at JLL in India. During his tenure at JLL, he held several key positions, including CEO of Project & Development Services, Chairman of India Corporate Solutions and Head of JLL Private Equity Fund. Prior to that, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a founding member of the company in India. At Cushman & Wakefield, he led the Asset Services business and played a crucial role in expanding the company into new geographies, ultimately serving as Managing Director and Country Head during the last few years of his tenure.

With his extensive experience in the real estate industry, Anurag remains committed to sustainability and excellence in the built environment.
