He is the new age agile leader with deep expertise in strategy, financial investment evaluation, ops & growth hacking, adjacency expansion, performance improvement, technology, and digital and analytics led use case design; across Technology, Internet, e-commerce, Consumer, Healthcare, and Automotive sectors.

Aryaman has led and delivered engagements across new-age sectors like Technology, Internet, and e-commerce including B2C E-commerce, Online Grocery, B2B e-commerce and Services, Hospitality and Travel, Online Cabs, Shared Mobility, 2W Mobility, Home Improvement, EVs, Consumer Applications, EdTech, HealthTech, etc., Commercial and Private Vehicles, Consumer Goods and FMCG and Healthcare: Hospitals, Homecare, and Elderly Care.

Before this, Aryaman has been a serial entrepreneur. He was the Founder and CEO of HR-Tech startup Tapp. He was also the founder and CEO of an EdTech venture WizMunk. Aryaman was a Leader in the Delhi office of the global consultancy major – Bain & Company front-ending business engagements across India, Australia, UK, USA, China, Turkey, Netherlands markets. At Bain, he worked deeply in strategy, performance improvement, and private equity practices.

 

Aryaman led over 30 engagements spanning a variety of sectors and capabilities. Aryaman was also the Knowledge Partner for Marico Innovation Awards 2012 where he led a lot of Bain’s work in the startup landscape in India. He was also the Knowledge Partner of NATHEALTH – Healthcare Federation of India.

Ashok Emani, Director, ESG, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF)

Ashok has over 27 years of experience of applying ESG and Sustainability considerations spanning across financial sector, consulting and research. Ashok heads the NIIFL’s approach to investing responsibly for impact while working closely with investors, investment champions and company management to assess and manage ESG risks & impact, opportunities and value add to build “NIIFL way of doing business”.

Before joining NIIFL, he was the Director & Head ESG at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). Prior to this, Ashok led IDFC Alternatives ESG practice, working with multiple stakeholders including investors, investee companies, sustainability forums and communities. During his ~17 years stint with the IDFC and its subsidiaries, apart from other key initiatives, he was responsible for managing USD 3.8 billion alternatives portfolio in project equity, private and real estate asset class and has implemented the IFC Performance Standards. Prior to IDFC, working along with Dr. Vandana Shiva, he managed grassroots campaigns pertaining to sustainable livelihood, biodiversity and food rights across the country.

Ashok is member of the ESG working group at Global Infrastructure Investors Association (GIIA) and the recipient of Chevening Scholarship from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) of UK Government for pursuing environmental management and sustainable development program at University of Wales, Bangor. He holds M.Phil. degree in Applied Economics from Centre for Development Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Ashutosh Gupta, Country Manager, LinkedIn India

Ashutosh Gupta is LinkedIn's India Country Manager since 2019, responsible for driving the next wave of growth for the business in the market. He continues to lead LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Online Sales Organisation (OSO) for APAC, before which he played a defining role in scaling the LMS Enterprise business for LinkedIn.

As a sales veteran with close to twenty years of experience in the tech industry, Ashutosh understands the pivotal value of transferable skills and believes in leading with a people-centric approach. He is a risk-taker who embraces uncertainty and relies on his intuition to pivot swiftly between different scenarios, optimizing his time and seizing every opportunity that comes his way.
