A desire to improve their lives and those they touch led to the publication of Compassionate Management of Mental Health at Work with Professor John A Quelch (Springer, 2018), the development of Harvard Business Publishing resources on human sustainability and numerous speaking, publishing, and consulting engagements around the world.

He joined the company in 2009, as Head of Equity, was part of the core management team since inception and has conceptualized the company’s fund management philosophy and fund processes that are key to its success today. In 2010, he was promoted as Head Investments and in 2013 as MD & CEO of the company.

He has worked with notable organizations like TCG Advisory Services, ICICI Prudential AMC & Zurich India AMC in the past.
