Alok leads the Corporate Strategy & ESG, and is responsible for driving growth, partnerships, sustainability and other strategic initiatives at Ashok Leyland. He brings strong expertise across corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, market entry strategy, innovation & performance improvement.
Alok is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Bangalore and has had extensive domain experience across Auto, Industrial, Technology and Analytics being based out of US, India, Europe, and APAC.
Alok works actively with Industry forums like SIAM, CII, Assocham, FICCI, ET, ACMA, IACC and other trade forums/ academia interfaces across Strategy, Sustainability and Innovation expertise areas. He has worked closely with CII National Competitiveness Council and has been a part of CII Future Business Council. Alok has been a keynote speaker at multiple events and has several publications which captures his perspective on Innovation and disruption across Industry segments.
Prior to Ashok Leyland, Alok has had leadership stints as Strategy & Operations Leader at PwC Strategy&, as well as Grant Thornton. He has worked with Global Corporate Boards, Promoters, CEO’s, PE players as part of his Strategic Advisory efforts.

Amber Dubey, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India
Shri Amber Dubey is Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
He is an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad and has a professional experience of over 28 years. He was one of nine professionals selected in 2019 by the Government of India to join as Joint Secretaries on a lateral entry basis.
At Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Shri Dubey is looking after drones, aerospace manufacturing, MRO, flying schools, IT and skill development etc. He's also the Acting Vice Chancellor of the Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), Amethi (UP).
Earlier, Shri Dubey was India head of aerospace and defence at global consultancy KPMG. While at KPMG, Shri Dubey worked closely with MoCA in drafting the Vision 2040, National Civil Aviation Policy (NCAP 2016) and the policy framework for the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS). He had assisted MoCA in drafting the 12th Five Year Plan for aviation. He had also advised various airports, airlines, cargo, MRO and ground services companies in Indian and abroad.
In 2012, Shri Dubey was honoured for ‘valuable contribution to Indian aviation’ by the then aviation minister.

Ami Momaya, Director, KKR & Co
Ami Momaya (Mumbai) joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the Asia-Pacific Infrastructure team. Ms. Momaya is responsible for infrastructure investments in India. Ms. Momaya began her career at Morgan Stanley where she spent 17 years across their India and New York offices and was instrumental in building their India infrastructure business. As a part of Morgan Stanley’s infrastructure business, Ms. Momaya led transactions across transportation, logistics and renewable energy. Prior to joining the Infrastructure Fund in 2008, Ms. Momaya worked at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in New York where she focused on buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings and financings in services, outsourcing and payment processing sectors. Ms. Momaya holds a Bachelors in Commerce from Mumbai University and a post graduate degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (Mumbai).
