Sh. Ashish Kundra, IAS, Pr. Secretary & Commissioner (Transport), Govt. of NCT of Delhi

Shri Ashish Kundra belongs to the 1996 batch of the Indian Administrative Service. He currently leads the office of Pr. Secretary cum Commissioner (Transport), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Shri Ashish Kundra, with a keen interest in Technology, did his graduation in Bachelors of Technology (Electronics) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He has vast administrative experience spanning across 25 years of serving the nation. Sh. Ashish Kundra has held numerous high-pressure posts like being the Chef Electoral Officer of the state of Mizoram, he was also appointed as the Private Secretary to the Union Minister for Commerce and Industry from 2009-2014, from 2014 till mid-2016 he served as an Administrator of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, from 2003-2006 Mr. Kundra served as Director in Finance Department and Additional CEO of Delhi Jal Board.

As a Pr. Secretary cum Commissioner (Transport) of the GNCTD, Sh. Ashish Kundra is leading the charge to electrify Delhi’s mobility, curbing tailpipe emissions, getting RTO services to citizens doorsteps by way of Faceless Services, implementing Road Safety measures to make the streets of Delhi safe & secure and ensuring women safety in Public Transport by implementing projects like installing CCTV cameras and panic buttons in every bus of State.

Sh. S. Ramann, Chairman and Managing Director, SIDBI

Shri S. Ramann, belongs to 1991 batch of Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS). He joined as Chairman & Managing Director, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) from 19th April 2021. Before joining SIDBI, he was MD & CEO of National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) from December 2016. Prior to joining NeSL, Mr Ramann was the Principal Accountant General (Audit), Jharkhand, Ranchi during 2015-2016. He worked with SEBI as CGM and later Executive Director between 2007 & 2013.

He held various positions in the offices under the C&AG of India in various States and also worked as Executive Secretary to the C&AG of India. He worked as First Secretary, at Indian High Commission, London for auditing the accounts of various Indian Embassies in Europe. He is BA (Hons) Economics from St Stephens College and MBA from FMS, Delhi University. He has done M. Sc. in Regulations from London School of Economics and Certified Internal Auditor from IIA Florida. He completed LLB from Mumbai University and Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law.

Shahir Daya is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Zafin, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for core modernization and transformation in banking. Joining as CTO in 2023, Shahir drives Zafin’s technology and product strategies, delivering intelligent, scalable, and customer-focused solutions that enhance operational efficiency and profitability for top banks worldwide.

Previously, Shahir served as Distinguished Engineer and Chief Architect at IBM. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, has co-authored IBM Redbooks on Microservices and Hybrid Cloud Integration, and is an inventor with multiple U.S. patents. A member of IEEE and ACM, Shahir is recognized for his innovation and dedication to advancing the financial services ecosystem.

Shamsher is Senior Vice President & Group Head at ICRA and has been in the rating agency for over 15 years now. Based out of Gurgaon, Shamsher is part of the Corporate Ratings group and covers Automotive and Logistics sectors. He is also part of ICRA's Credit Rating Committee and has extensive experience of evaluating performance of companies across various sectors including Automotive, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Travel & Tourism and Consumer Products. Shamsher has worked on various credit assignments for leading companies rated by ICRA and has been instrumental in developing ICRA's research offerings. He is MBA in Finance & Capital Markets from Narsee Monjee Mumbai.
