Having started his career journey as an entrepreneur, Anand set up and led AMW Auto Component Ltd. (AACL) as MD & CEO for 14 years, eventually moving into the role of President, before taking charge as CEO of GreenLine Logistics.

Anand is committed to decarbonising heavy trucking in India and is setting the strategic direction for GreenLine Logistics, the company pioneering green logistics in India.

Anandorup is a Partner with Deloitte in Human Capital Consulting and leads the Workforce Transformation Service Line. He has almost 20 years of professional experience across a range of areas in HR advisory. Prior to Deloitte, Anandorup headed AON’s performance, rewards and organization consulting practice across India, ME & SEA.

Key areas of expertise include organization and governance structure design, performance management and measurement system design and linkage with rewards across boards and executive teams, post merger integration, HR system and process design etc. across a range of industries.

His key clients include the Tata Group, Aditya Birla Group, Mahindra Group, Hinduja Group, Infosys, TCS, WNS, Hindustan Unilever, Bajaj Finance, Max Group, CK Birla Group, RPG Group in India. Regionally his clients include the Al Rajhi Bank, KIPCO, Landmark Group, Dubai Islamic Bank, Etisalat, Saudi Telecom. In South East Asia he has worked with organizations Temasek etc.

Ananth Narayan, Whole Time Member, SEBI

Mr Ananth Narayan Gopalakrishnan is a Whole Time Member of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) looking after Market Intermediaries Regulation and Supervision Department (MIRSD), Alternative Investment Fund and Foreign Portfolio Investors Department (AFD), Integrated Surveillance Department (ISD), Department of Economic & Policy Analysis (DEPA), and Information Technology Department (ITD). He is also at present a Member of the Board of Governors of National Institute of Securities Market (NISM).

Prior to the current assignment, Mr Ananth Narayan held the position of Associate Professor, S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Prior to that, he had more than two and half decades of experience in banking and financial markets and has held various senior positions.

Mr Ananth Narayan has also served as a Director on the Boards of various organisations. He has also been a Member of various advisory committees constituted by SEBI and RBI.

He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Bachelor of Technology (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Andrew Feldman, Co-Founder & CEO, Cerebras Systems

Andrew is co-founder and CEO of Cerebras Systems. He is an entrepreneur dedicated to pushing boundaries in the compute space. Prior to Cerebras, he co-founded and was CEO of SeaMicro, a pioneer of energy-efficient, high-bandwidth microservers. SeaMicro was acquired by AMD in 2012 for $357M. Before SeaMicro, Andrew was the Vice President of Product Management, Marketing and BD at Force10 Networks which was later sold to Dell Computing for $800M. Prior to Force10 Networks, Andrew was the Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development at RiverStone Networks from the company’s inception through IPO in 2001. Andrew holds a BA and an MBA from Stanford University.
