Radhika started her career with McKinsey & Company, and then progressed to become a hedge fund manager with AQR Capital – one of the world’s largest hedge funds. She then moved to India to start her own venture named – Forefront Capital Management, an alternative asset management firm, which was acquired by Edelweiss in 2014. An asset management professional with experience across asset classes and investor segments; she successfully led Edelweiss’s acquisition of JP Morgan’s Mutual Fund business and Ambit Capital’s AIF business in 2016.
A true global personality, having travelled across 4 continents, she is the founding President of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Club, a member of the Global Leadership Council of the Management and Technology Program and a Board Member of the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). A keen micro-blogger on Twitter and an avid Bridge player, her unique life story narrated in the video, ‘The Girl with a Broken Neck’, has garnered over 2 Lakh views.
Pratik Oswal currently heads Motilal Oswal AMC’s passive funds business. Prior to this, he was heading operations and finance at a Series A Fintech startup (StratiFi Technologies Inc.) in San Francisco, CA. The company was backed by prominent investors such as Y-Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Anthemis, CBoE and many others. The company provided automated wealth solutions to investment advisors and managed over $400 million in assets.
Pratik is passionate about product management/fintech and cares deeply about customer education and simplifying finance. Apart from fintech, Pratik has experience working in Investment Banking, PE and also ran an options arbitrage desk. He studied math and economics at Emory University and has an MBA from London Business School.
Sivakumar is the Head – Fixed Income at Axis AMC. Siva has over two decades of experience in the Indian asset management industry working across asset classes and functions. He was part of the start up team at Axis joining in August 2009 looking after products and portfolio management services. He was responsible for leading the launch of Axis' signature & award-winning hybrid funds. In September 2010 he was promoted to Head - Fixed Income. He is responsible for the overall investment strategy, performance and risk management across fixed income investments.
Prior to Axis AMC, he was associated with Fortis Investments (formerly ABN AMRO AMC) where he held multiple positions chiefly as a Fund Manager - Fixed Income. He also led products, and - in 2009 - was appointed Chief Operating Officer becoming the youngest person in the asset management industry in that role. He has also worked with Sundaram AMC as Fund Manager – Fixed Income and with Zurich India AMC as Research Analyst.
Qualification:- Bachelor of Technology from IIT Madras, PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
A Chartered Accountant with over 29 years of experience in the financial industry, with specific expertise in driving sales and distribution.
Raghav Iyengar joined the company in November 2019 as President and Chief Business Officer. He is responsible for Retail Sales, Institutional Sales, Investor Services, Digital & Marketing.
Before joining Axis AMC, He was associated with Indiabulls AMC as a Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, he had also worked with companies like ICICI Prudential AMC, Tata AMC, JF AMC & DSP Merrill Lynch.
