Introduction

Human: The new H in Hybrid

When we look at the future today, no one can certainly, witness what new skills will be in demand, what new businesses will emerge, and what the future will look like. The 3 things that we can confirm from the last two years of learning are—

  • future of work will be radically different;
  • pace will be far faster than expected;
  • and most importantly, Business Success = People-First Culture + Human Connections.

The reason is: that employees craving for the engagement and enthusiasm of a workplace grounded in human connection.

To stay resilient and grow progressively in this environment, ADAPTABILITY is the secret sauce. Behind this, extensive change to both mindset and skillset is another essential ingredient to the recipe for a successful future of work. As per WEF data, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making are the structural building blocks for employees to adapt and respond to disruption.

Work, workforce, and the workplace has witnessed multiple shifts in strategies—companies have become flexible, more resilient, and reduced cross-border & intra-country movement. As we entered a new work culture entirely different from the past, it’s time to thrive. It's time to become more self-reliant, and resilient to cope with instability. More than ever, it's time to make humans better at work and work better for humans.

The Mint W3 Conclave 2023 is a step in that very direction. This one-day symposium cum award ceremony showcases why there is a strong need to re-architect the work, unleash the workforce, and adapt to the workplace. It also highlights the shift to thriving from recovery.

    Fireside Chat: The Future of Work: The Augmented "Human"

    Paradigm shifting forces have reshaped the future of work. Work is neither a place anymore nor a series of steps or outputs. It’s an action that you, me, we all act from every device with security. It is an action that motivates and inspires humans— conveys purpose, helps to build connections, and connects people to perform tasks. A network of teams (building and owning the value chain) owns a work today.

    As cognitive technology and the open talent economy grows in sophistication, almost every job needs reinvention, requiring an ‘augmented workforce’. As this trend musters pace, enterprises must reconsider how they put learning & development—a catalyst for modern work culture at the center. How do they enable anywhere-anytime learning and customization for a learner-first approach? How can they reskill and retrain humans to learn technology & tools faster and make work easier & more scalable?

  • 2:50 PM – 3:20 PM

    Panel Discussion: The New Workplace = New Solutions

    As per 46% of IT leaders, in the next 5 years, the workplace will evolve into a virtual world. It’s no more physical building, plant, or office.  Social, digital, and technology trends will be the future driving force. Tech infrastructure will be mainstream. Employees will work from anywhere. Digital dexterity and upskilling will outweigh experience & tenure. Smart machines will be our colleagues. People will work for passion and purpose, not money. In short, the relationship between employees and the workplace will change entirely.

    To embrace this change and foster new productivity & culture, we need new solutions to collaborate, engage, and relate to each other.  Solutions to enable IT leaders, to increase productivity and help organizations to engage with employees and deliver higher returns on IT investments. More than ever, to deliberate design, understanding, and improvements of employees’ technology interactions.

    However, the ASK is—what are those new technologies that will revamp the workplace of employees' dreams & make it more adaptable? How will these solutions ensure no chance of failure?

    Tech Talk: Hybrid Workforce Security with Zero Trust

    Today, over 55% of employees prefer a hybrid work environment.  It looks like that hybrid work culture is here to stay and will be the working model for the future. However, this very nature of a hybrid work environment has opened new doors to an array of cyber security vulnerabilities. As a result, the ask is—how to secure a hybrid environment? How do we ensure business network security on every device that employees use? The CALL is—Zero Trust Security.

    But the ASK is—how will zero trust initiatives impact the hybrid workplace? How will zero trust enable a secure user experience regardless of employee location?
