It is an action that motivates and inspires humans— conveys purpose, helps to build connections, and connects people to perform tasks. As cognitive technology and the open talent economy grows in sophistication, almost every job needs reinvention, requiring an ‘augmented workforce’. As this trend musters pace, enterprises must reconsider how they put learning & development—a catalyst for modern work culture at the center. How do they enable anywhere-anytime learning and customization for a learner-first approach? How can they reskill and retrain humans to learn technology & tools faster and make work easier & more scalable?

As per 46% of IT leaders, in the next 5 years, the workplace will evolve into a virtual world. Digital dexterity and upskilling will outweigh experience & tenure. Smart machines will be our colleagues. People will work for passion and purpose, not money. In short, the relationship between employees and the workplace will change entirely. 

To embrace this change and foster new productivity & culture, we need new solutions to collaborate, engage, and relate to each other.  Solutions to enable IT leaders, to increase productivity and help organizations to engage with employees and deliver higher returns on IT investments.
