Dhirendra Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Value Research, India's leading independent mutual fund information and research provider. Since founding the company in 1990, Mr. Kumar has been guiding Indian investors, leveraging his unique insights gained from observing the evolution of India’s mutual fund industry and assisting thousands of investors. He is the Editor of Value Research's popular website, valueresearchonline.com, and its two monthly magazines, Mutual Fund Insight and Wealth Insight. Additionally, he is a well-regarded columnist and commentator in print and electronic media and serves on advisory committees for SEBI, PFRDA, and IEPF of MCA.

Dileep is the Executive Director of Siemens Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and heads the Siemens Healthineers Development Center (DC), which is engaged in creating cutting-edge technology for precision health solutions. DC has operations in India and Slovakia, and DC India is the largest technology center of Siemens Healthineers outside Germany.

Dileep is a strategic and decisive technology leader who has built global engineering teams across India, the US, Europe, and China and has launched new products worldwide. He is passionate about customers, technology, and innovation with a strong focus on improving customer impact and business outcomes. He has been involved in multiple innovations and has three US patents. His customer-centricity, empowering leadership style, and deep understanding of business processes has helped him transform organizations.

Dileep was the CTO for Wipro-GE Healthcare South Asia, delivering cutting edge technology and product solutions to global and local markets. He also had P&L responsibility for GE Industrial Solutions business in India and was a board member of GE legal entities in India.

He has over 25 years of professional experience in product design and engineering, and business solutions. He has performed roles with increasing responsibilities in electrical, automation, and healthcare organizations across the globe.

Dilipkumar Khandelwal is the CEO, Deutsche India, MD & Global CIO Corporate Functions, Deutsche Bank.

As MD and CEO, his role is focused on optimizing multiple, integrated functions including Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology functions that deliver solutions to the global organization. His other roles include managing delivering front-to-back technology solutions in an innovative and forward thinking manner to drive digital transformation at Deutsche Bank. He is also tasked with improving the bank’s technical and delivery competence to provide best-in-class technology services to our internal talent, which in turn directly impacts our delivery for external clients and regulators.

Dilip joined Deutsche Bank in 2019 and is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience running large technology organisations. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Dilip was President of the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud business that accelerated the customer journey to the Cloud and turned this into a billion-dollar business. He was also the Managing Director for SAP India, under his leadership SAP was rated as #1 in the ‘Great Place to Work’ institute ranking.

Dilip’s career has been recognised with a series of industry awards, leadership accolades, positions on Leadership Councils such as NASSCOM and advisory board member roles at Venture Capital firms and International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. His strength in driving innovation and his entrepreneurial mind set has allowed him to follow his passion in mentoring start-ups and acting as an Angel Investor to multiple companies.

Dilip is a graduate of Engineering from Mumbai University and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Dipak Roy, People Director, DP World Subcontinent

As People Director, Dipak Roy oversees the HR function across all DP World operations in the Subcontinent region. Dipak Roy is a successful leader with close to 30 years of experience in managing Human Resources across the manufacturing, R&D, IT, consulting, and telecommunication industries. He has led transformation projects on major growth initiatives, large-scale business consolidations across geographies, and building employer brands. Dipak has a proven record in organization design, employee productivity, start-ups, and leadership development across the value chain.

Before joining DP World, Dipak worked in the Bharti Group, as Head HR for Mobile & Consumer Businesses in Airtel and as CHRO of Bharti Infratel. Some of his key responsibilities there included strengthening leadership impact at the CXO and business unit levels, and structured culture building through high-performance management, employee engagement, diversity, health & safety, and a robust internal talent management system.

In previous roles at GE and IBM, Dipak has worked on organizational redesigns for business consolidation and employee productivity; a culture change program on the themes of innovation, collaboration, and people orientation; and building a hyper-growth workforce engine for resource planning, among others.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
