Dr. Geetha Manjunath is the Founder, CEO and CTO of NIRAMAI Health Analytix, and has led the company to develop a breakthrough AI solution for detecting early stage breast cancer in a non-invasive radiation-free manner. Geetha holds a PhD from IISc and management education from Kellogg’s Chicago. She comes with over 25 years of experience in IT innovation. She has proposed and led multiple AI projects at Xerox Research and Hewlett Packard India. Before starting NIRAMAI, Geetha was a Lab Director for Data Analytics Research at Xerox India. Geetha has received many international and national recognition for her innovations and entrepreneurial work, including CSI Gold Medal, BIRAC WinER Award 2018 and is also on the Forbes List of Top 20 Self-Made Women 2020. She was declared the winner of Women Health Innovation Showcase Asia, Accenture Vahini Innovator of the Year Award from Economic Times and Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 by BioSpectrum India. Geetha is also an inventor of 20 US patents and more pending grant.

Ghazal Alagh, Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer, Honasa Consumer Limited (MamaEarth)
A corporate trainer turned artist-cum-entrepreneur Ghazal Alagh co-founded MamaEarth driven by the passion for making early parenting stress-free. Ghazal spearheads Innovation, Community and New Brand Initiatives. Being a millennial, she understands the psychology and personal care products requirements and works closely with a large number of consumers to develop products that address problems they face on a daily basis.
Ghazal’s overarching vision is to make this world a better and safer place with toxin-free, MadeSafe-certified products for everyone. With a Bachelors in Information Technology and Intensive Courses in Modern Art, Design and Applied Arts from New York Academy of Arts, she started her career with NIIT as a Corporate Trainer. As a part of her role, she trained managers and engineers from various IT companies in SQL, J2ME, and Oracle. Ghazal has been awarded at the BusinessWorld 40 under 40 Awards in association with BW Disrupt for being a change-maker and corporate leader. She has also been recognized amongst top 10 women artists in India, nationally and internationally. Having straddled three different roles —a corporate trainer, an artist, and a mother— Ghazal has a diverse skillset that helps her build Honasa Consumer Ltd in such a unique way.
