Girish Wagh, Executive Director, Tata Motors

Mr. Girish Wagh is the Executive Director at TATA Motors and heads the Commercial Vehicle Business of the company. Mr. Wagh has been a member of CII National Council and Chairman of the SIAM CV CEO Council since 2020. He also Co-Chairs the CII National Committee on TCM for the year 2022-23.

In his illustrious career of 29 years, he has successfully delivered various segment creating and innovative products across Passenger and Commercial Vehicle businesses. He Chairs the Board of Tata Motors’ subsidiaries namely: Tata Daewoo CV Korea, Tata Cummins, Tata Marcopolo and Tata Hitachi Construction Company and is also on the Board of ACGL.

He is alumnus of Pune University and S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. For his excellent contribution to the automotive industry, Mr. Wagh was recognised as the ‘Rising Star’ by the Automotive News Europe in 2011 and awarded with ‘CV Man of the Year’ twice at the Apollo CV Awards 2020 and 2022.

Mr. Wagh enjoys reading and is a fitness enthusiast.

Gobind Jain, CFO, IndusInd Bank

Mr. Gobind Jain, a veteran in the finance domain, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of IndusInd Bank. Mr. Jain’s previous stint was with Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMB) where he served as the Joint President, Group accounts and MIS. He served KMB for over 15 years. Mr. Jain is an accomplished senior accounting and financial management professional and has been associated with various renowned financial institutions like the ICICI Bank, Bank of America, the Reserve Bank of India and Bank Internasional Indonesia. Mr. Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-1992), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA-1998), Financial Risk Management (FRM- 2014) and CPA Australia (CPA-2021)
