Kapildeo is a seasoned Data Science Leader with over two decades of experience in creating cognitive services, end to end data science, AI/ML solutions and data backed strategies to influence business decisions. He is currently Executive Group Vice President & Head of Data Science at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. responsible for driving Data Science and AI/ML projects at the group level. Prior to this, he has also worked at one of the top most Global Investment banks like JP Morgan, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of America, building their analytical and trading platforms.
