Arun Saigal is a Managing Director and leads the M&A and Financing business for Barclays in India. Hari is currently the Executive Chairman of Steer World, a group of deep-tech companies in the space of advanced manufacturing, materials technologies, lifesciences, and sustainable materials.

He spent two decades as part of the leadership team at five high growth startups in domains as varied as business process outsourcing, information technology, financial services, consumer internet and e-commerce. Each of these startups (Daksh, Virtusa, Amba Research, TaxiForSure, and Bigbasket) saw a successful exit including an IPO on NASDAQ, and three of these went on to become Unicorns.
