He has driven business transformation using Analytics and Data Science for 20+ years, generated significant top and bottom line benefits as a consultant and leader of internal Analytics Centers of Excellence. Dipayan expertise across multiple sectors and geographies : CPG, Retail , Ecommerce, Banking, Technology, Travel, Multi-level Marketing, General Insurance firms across India, US, Canada and SE Asia.

Prior to BCG Dipayan used to head the Data Science & Analytics team for Myntra, India's top fashion e-comm player. He has also held leadership positions at Flipkart, HSBC and Copia Global apart from co-founding & running an analytics services startup TEG Analytics.

He is a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad & a Bachelor of Science, University of Calcutta.
