Jayashree is an accomplished C-level Executive with over 30 years of industry experience and remarkable achievements in senior leadership positions with great skills in organization building, strategic thinking, business transformation and change management. 

With a strong result-oriented leadership style, Jayashree has to her credit proven track record of successes building effective, efficient functions, businesses and teams. Her portfolio of experiences includes Finance, General Management, Corporate Board & Governance, Global Supply Chain, M&A, Digital Transformation, Growth Initiatives, Environment Health & Safety and Diversity initiatives.

Jayashree is currently working at Coromandel International Limited, a flagship company of the Murugappa Group, as President Corporate and Chief Financial Officer. She has rich experience working with listed companies and multinationals handling global roles managing multiple locations. Prior to joining Coromandel International, Jayashree has worked in PI Industries, International Paper, GE Healthcare, Ford and Ashok Leyland. 

Jayashree is a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant and Company Secretary. She is passionate about training and development, professional networking and mentoring for senior leadership positions. Jayashree enjoys public speaking and has been active in various industrial forums and academic circles. 

She has received various awards and recognitions such as ET Prime Women Leadership - Finance Leader of the year, Financial Express - CFO of the year for Large Cap Enterprises, Dalal Street Journal – Best CFO in Large cap, All cap, Best Women CFO by BW Business World, 100 Most Influential CFOs of India by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She has also won CA CFO Award and IPA award for Excellence in Finance. She has been actively championing diversity and inclusion in corporate circles and was conferred with the WILL’s Women’s Choice Award.

Kailash Kulkarni, CEO, HSBC Mutual Fund

Mr. Kailash Kulkarni is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HSBC Mutual Fund, India. HSBC Asset Management has a large focus on Asia of which India plays an important role. Apart from having the responsibility of growing the Indian business, he also collaborates with the other countries to showcase the Indian investment capabilities to get allocation from international investors.

Mr. Kulkarni was the erstwhile CEO of L&T Investment Management and also led the marketing initiatives for L&T Financial Services. He has over 34 years of work experience of which 28 years has been in various functions of businesses across BFSI. He started his career with Eicher Motors as part of the distribution, sales and marketing functions.

He was a member of the SEBI Mutual Fund Advisory Committee, was on the board of Association of Mutual Funds of India (AMFI) and also headed the Financial Literacy Committee for AMFI in the past. Mr. Kulkarni is a management graduate from the Institute of Management Development and Research. He loves to travel around the world and is passionate about adventure sports.
