Nipun Kaushal, CMO & National Head CSR, Yes Bank

Mr. Nipun Kaushal is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and National Head Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at YES BANK since June 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the Marketing & Corporate Communication and CSR functions of the Bank. He is involved in developing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that support the overall strategic objectives of the Bank.

Prior to joining YES BANK, Mr. Kaushal served as the CMO at PNB MetLife and was associated with the company since 2018. He brings over 24 years of rich experience, having worked with companies like Honda, Maruti Udyog, Citi Group, Future Capital Financial Services, ICICI Prudential AMC, Star Union Dai–Ichi Life Insurance and Tata Asset Management.

Mr. Kaushal has multi-industry experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, product management, project management and business development. Under leadership roles in the past, he has successfully managed product launches, brand campaigns, tactical sales initiatives as well as lead digital business.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Karnatak University and is a management graduate from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. He has also completed his Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School, Londo

Nipun Mehrotra is the Founder and CEO of The Agri Collaboratory, a pioneering not-for-profit Agri Think and Do Tank. With over 35 years of experience in global technology and business leadership, he has led digital transformation initiatives at IBM, served as Chief Digital Officer for South Asia, and now advises IFC-The World Bank. Passionate about digital public goods and sustainable agriculture, Nipun collaborates with governments, academia, and global institutions. He is driving innovation through projects like AgDx and AgFx, aimed at empowering smallholder farmers, advancing agri-finance, and building a resilient agri-ecosystem.

Nirav Shah is an accomplished Managing Director at Equirus Capital with over 17 years of experience in Investment Banking, Advisory, and Strategy. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise across the Financial Services sector, specializing in client coverage, deal origination, transaction execution, and closure.

Nirav brings a unique perspective as both a ‘Banker’ and an ‘Operator.’ In addition to his banking experience, he was part of the CXO team with responsibility for multiple strategic initiatives, stakeholder management, and driving business growth.

Leadership & Strategic Roles:

• Headed multiple critical functions, including Strategy, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Fundraising from Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and Impact Funds.

• Led the ESG implementation strategy.

• Spearheaded the company's growth trajectory by 5x within 2.5 years, overseeing all business facets such as people, technology, product, and marketing.

Nithya Easwaran, MD, Multiples Alternate Asset Management

Nithya has over 27 years of rich experience in financial services. She is the Managing Director of Multiples Alternate Asset Management, a private equity platform with an AUM of close to USD 3 billion.

Nithya joined Multiples in 2010. She leads the financial services and fintech investing practices. She is a Director on the Board of Multiples and a part of the Investment Committee. Nithya has also developed Multiples’ proprietary framework - Leadership Energy Level - to analyze the DNA of entrepreneurs.

Nithya has led several investments for Multiples like Svatantra Microfin, Veritas Finance, Arvind Fashions, APAC Financial Services, Kogta Financial, Acko Technology, Niyo Solutions, TI Clean Mobility and Shubham Housing Development Finance. She is a member of the Board of Governors of IIM, Lucknow, and an Independent Director on the Board of Zerodha Asset Management Company. She is a founding member of the India Chapter of Bloomberg Women’s Buyside Network and works closely with WinPE in coaching young women professionals in investing. The Association of International Wealth Management of India featured her amongst India’s Top 100 Women in Finance 2020. Nithya was awarded “Investor of the Year in Private Equity” in 2023 and the “Deal of the Year” for Multiples’ investment TI Clean Mobility Pvt. Ltd in 2024 by WinPE at their Leadership Awards.

Prior to joining Multiples, Nithya had a 14-year banking career across Citibank and ICICI focused on structured finance. She holds an engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai, and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.
