Karthik Prabhakar, Managing Partner, PeerCapital

Karthik Prabhakar is Managing Partner at PeerCapital. He brings with him a wealth of experience across the entrepreneurial and investing ecosystem from his former role as the Managing Director and Partner at Chiratae Ventures. At Chiratae, he led worldwide efforts on fundraising and business development apart from investments, divestments and org building. He has always been eager to contribute to the start-up ecosystem of India and brings his VC operator chops to PeerCapital’s team, making him a force to reckon with. 

An IIM- Bangalore MBA grad,Karthik has been recognized as one among the 40 Under 40 in the alternative investments space in India by AAAIF. For three consecutive years from 2016 to 2018, Karthik was recognized amongst the global top 100 Rising Stars in the venture industry by Global Corporate Venturing, held in California, US.

Kashyap Kompella, Founder, RPA2AI Research

Kashyap Kompella is an award-winning industry analyst, best-selling author, and AI advisor. Currently, he is the founder of AI industry analyst firm RPA2AI Research. 

Kashyap is the author of two bestsellers, Practical Artificial Intelligence (2019) and AI for Lawyers (2024), and the forthcoming AI Governance & Regulation (West Academic, 2025). 

In October 2021, Thinkers360 named Kashyap as the #1 thought leader on AI globally.

He advises enterprises, boards, public sector agencies, and venture capital funds on transformative technologies, investments, future-ready skills, risks, regulation, and governance. 

Currently, he is an advisor to consulting firm Digital Alpha (New York), Career Guidance firm iDreamCareer (India), Industry Analyst firm Deep Analysis (Philadelphia) and VC fund Gemba Capital (India).

He served as the co-chair of the IEEE Planet Positive 2030 Economics and Regulation committee, a global interdisciplinary group of senior academics, industry leaders and policy experts working on climate and sustainability solutions. He was also a member of the IEEE Global Committee on Ethical AI for Business. 

Kashyap’s work has been profiled in the BBC and Fox News, Economist, Guardian, Hill, Law.com, Mint, and Hindustan Times, among others. Kashyap’s writings have been translated into French, German, Dutch, and Hindi. His commentary is cited as a reference in EU Parliament Library.

A Visiting Professor for AI at BITS School of Management and at the Institute of Directors, Kashyap has a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MBA in finance, a Master of Business Laws, and a post graduate diploma in intellectual property laws. He is also a CFA charter holder, a For Humanity certified AI Auditor and a certified yoga instructor.
