Prior to joining EverEnviro, he held the position of President, Crop Nutrition Business at Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals. Throughout his career, Mr. Girdhar has held key positions in renowned organizations such as Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto, where he focused on asset strategy and operations within the fertilizer sector. Mr. Girdhar holds a Post graduate Degree in Agriculture from Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, and attended Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD, France. His diverse expertise spans seeds, traits, and crop protection in various geographies, including global, Asia Pacific, and India.

Manikkan S, Executive Director and CEO, Radiance Renewables

Mr S. Manikkan is the Executive Director and CEO of Radiance Renewables Private. Ltd (“Radiance”).  Manikkan has 25 years of extensive experience in infrastructure and execution of large transactions both for private, public and Government sector. Prior to joining Radiance, Manikkan was the Founder & Director of Origin Renewables Pvt. Ltd. (“Origin”).  Radiance acquired Origin in March 2020.

Prior to founding Origin, Manikkan was the President- Infrastructure of ICICI Venture and co-headed the Infrastructure fund, focused on investment opportunities in energy, transport and renewable sectors. Manikkan also had a brief stint with Babcock & Brown India Private Limited as Managing Director (Head of Infrastructure). He has over two decades of experience in financial services across companies such as ICICI Venture, ABN AMRO, UBS Securities (India), SBC Warburg.

Manish Gunwani, Head - Equities, Bandhan AMC Ltd.

Mr. Manish Gunwani joined Bandhan Mutual Fund in January 2023 for heading the equity fund management for the fund house. He brings rich fund management experience and an excellent track record of wealth creation for investors. Mr. Gunwani’s proven expertise and successful track record would help further enhance the equity franchise of the fund house.

Mr. Gunwani has over 25 years of rich experience, covering the entire gamut of equity research as well as fund management. In his previous assignment, Mr. Gunwani was the Chief Investment Officer - Equities at Nippon India Mutual Fund where he was responsible for equity AUM exceeding Rs 1.2 lakh crores. Under his leadership, equity funds saw broad-based and steady improvement in performance. Before this, he was the Deputy CIO (Equities) at ICICI Prudential AMC, where he was instrumental in scaling up two flagship funds to a cumulative AUM of over Rs. 35,000 crores.

Mr. Gunwani graduated from IIT Madras and has a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM Bangalore
