Naina Lal Kidwai is Chairman Rothschild India, Senior Advisor Advent Private Equity and TPG Rise Climate, Advisor Lightspeed Venture Partners, India, Member on The Mission board of EQT Future Fund and a non-executive Director on the boards of Global and Indian companies and Past President of FICCI. She retired as Executive Director on the board of HSBC Asia Pacific and Chairman HSBC India.

An MBA from Harvard Business School, she is the recipient of several international and Indian awards and honours including the Padma Shri for her contribution to Trade and Industry.

She has authored 3 books including the bestsellers “30 women in Power” and “Survive Or Sink: An Action Agenda for Sanitation, Water, Pollution, and Green Finance”.

Ms. N. S. Nappinai, Supreme Court Advocate and founder of Cyber Saathi™, is a senior and renowned lawyer with about 32 years of experience, specializing in Constitutional, Criminal, IPR and cyberlaws. She is Amicus Curiae before Supreme Court in Prajwala vs. Union of India to formulate methodologies to remove child sexual abuse material and violent videos of offences against women from online platforms. She is Advisor - Tamil Nadu eGovernance Agency & Advisor - Maharashtra Cyber police. Ms. Nappinai represented the Govt of Kerala in the recent decision of the Kerala High Court on data protection during the covid pandemic. Nappinai founded Cyber Saathi, a non profit organisation to take forward her work on cyber laws and cyber safety.

Naveen Munjal, Managing Director, Hero Electric Vehicles

Naveen Munjal is the Managing Director of Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., a part of The Hero Eco Group.


As an entrepreneur, having built the Hero Electric brand into a leading manufacturer and a market leader in the EV 2-wheeler market in India, he is also widely recognized in shaping the Indian Electric Two-Wheeler Industry as well as his contributions to various forums in the Electric Vehicle sphere both
in India and globally.


Hero Electric under Naveen in 2012 launched A2B in the international markets, a premium brand of Electric Bicycles, widely considered one of the pioneers in the premium EV industry globally. In 2008, Naveen was also instrumental in founding the SMEV (Society of Manufacturers of Electric Vehicles), the only representative body of the Indian Electric Vehicle Industry in India.Consistent efforts of SMEV have resulted in the Indian Government’s push towards making EV adoption a key agenda under various policies both at the State and National level. Naveen is also on the board of LEVA (Light Electric Vehicle Association), USA.


An advocate on climate change and zero emission mobility and Naveen regularly speaks at various global forums and conferences like EVS, IDTechEx, CLSA, Bloomberg NEF, DAM Capital, Jefferies, Climate Change Summit, NASSCOM, ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CII, FADA etc sharing his vision for a greener, cleaner future.


He has participated as a speaker at the 26th Conference of Parties (COP26) in Glasgow, Scotland


Naveen has also chaired the CII(Confederation of Indian Industry),NewDelhi State as its Chairman. In the past, and been a board memberin EO (Entrepreneur’s Organisation) and is currently on the board of YPO (Young Presidents Organisation), Delhi Chapter.


He regularly interacts with students at various institutions like IIM, IIT etc., and has taken on the role of teaching Post Graduate students at Masters’ Union on the Future of Mobility as of 2021.


Naveen completed his schooling from Lawrence School Sanawar, and subsequently went on to do his MBA in International Marketing from Huron University, UK and is an avid Street Photographer, an Advanced Open Water diver and adventure sports enthusiast.

With a career spanning over 12 years, Naveen has covered a wide spectrum of roles across marketing, sales, and product development across industries like FMCG and Technology. Naveen leads Pepperfry’s marketing and brand strategy with an aim to drive brand awareness across lucrative untapped markets as well as capture share in the furniture and home décor industry. As a new-age marketing evangelist, he works towards charting out a strategy that helps to break the barriers that consumers have towards shopping online, especially for big-ticket items. Prior to Pepperfry, Naveen worked with Asian Paints for about 10 years where he handled diverse marketing, sales, and international business responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity. For a couple of years, post his engineering, Naveen did a stint as an applications engineer at Oracle on ERP development. Naveen is a recipient of The Economic Times Young Leader award, a stellar achievement for any young professional. Naveen is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM K), and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NIT W)
